The tour continues heading to Cisternino, across the local countryside with its trulli and dry-stone walls. After 15 KMs and the picturesque wild ride along the dirt paths of “Ciclovia dell’acqua”, you will get to Cisternino, with its old town, an example of the local architecture.
The tour goes back towards Caranna, where you will follow a path of almost 2 KMs marked by a steep descent (gradient of 15%).
