New running trails designed for professional runners and simple run lovers. Five paths and different lengths, to enjoy the landscape and the natural beauties surrounding Borgo Egnazia.
From the simplest trail, on the perimeter of Borgo, to the most challenging one, following the green of San Domenico Golf, the shades of the crystal-clear sea, the Puglian inland and the Egnazia archaeological site.

The Borgo Trail
Distance: 1 km

A trail enclosing Borgo Egnazia, surrounded by the purest Puglian nature.
Among dry stone walls and colourful prickly pears, along the country lanes studded with centuries-old olive trees.
The San Domenico Golf Trail
Distance: 4 km

Along the perimeter of San Domenico Golf, nestled between the slopes of the Valle d’Itria, among the traditional streets of the Puglian countryside and the impressive centuries-old olive trees. From the green slopes of the golf course you can reach the coast and run along the seafront, enjoying a breath-taking view.
Borgo and San Domenico Golf
Distance: 5 km

Starting from the perimeter of Borgo and then surrounding San Domenico Golf.
A plunge into nature, with unique views of Puglia and the green slopes of the golf course, until reaching the coast, where the blue of the sea merges with the sky.
Egnazia Archaeological site
Distance: 10 km

Starting from Borgo and moving North.
After the Egnazia Archaeological site, a fascinating site of the ancient Roman city of Egnazia, you can run along the seafront and cross the inland, in particular Savelletri di Fasano, the fisherman village.
Mezza di Egnazia Trail
Distance: 21 km
Course race type: run
The longest and most challenging route goes into the Puglian countryside, leaving Borgo Egnazia behind. You can reach the seaside, running for few kilometres before crossing the inland, in particular Savelletri di Fasano. A sudden change in landscape, matching the scents and strength of an extraordinary land.
